Description
I felt like drawing/painting mushrooms for some reason. And I love frogs, so I created my own little species of them.
Here, in this mushroom forest, lies a Mushroom Frog (AKA a "Mog," as I have dubbed them) in it's natural habitat. It's a camouflaged frog with the skin pattern similar to that of the mushrooms that it dwells on. It also has a mushroom-like hat appendage to further blend in with it's surroundings. Mogs lay their eggs close to mature mushrooms of this species, for the mature mushrooms grow a nutrient-rich moss that young Mogs feed on upon hatching.
In this particular scene, this mother Mog inspects one of her eggs.

The mushrooms are pretty, and the mog has very cool camouflage! your scene is so calm and surreal (:
